This document provides the Commission with the forecasts of the 2010 Employment Insurance break-even premium rate in accordance with the Employment Insurance Act (“Act”).
Starting its operations in 2009, the Canada Employment Insurance Financing Board will be responsible for implementing a new Employment Insurance premium rate setting mechanism in 2011.
