Deadline for Ontario projects: Proposals and funding applications are presently being accepted and must be received no later than 4 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Tuesday, June 5, 2012.
Local and regional projects: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
National projects: Applications are accepted through a Call for Proposals process, which is run approximately every three years.
Funding applications and proposals for Ontario projects are presently being accepted from organizations interested in receiving financial assistance for the delivery of Opportunities Fund (OF) for Persons with Disabilities – Regional Projects across Ontario.
The Government of Canada has identified a need for multiple projects delivering either OF Wage Subsidy, and or Work Experience intervention types or Client Assessment and Case Management and providing OF Wage Subsidy, Work Experience interventions to Persons with Disabilities within the Region of Ontario.
Funding for local and regional projects helps organizations create local or regional projects involving eligible activities. Through local and regional projects, recipient organizations deliver eligible activities to individuals.
Funding for national projects helps organizations create projects designed to provide and improve employment services and increase the labour market participation of people with disabilities across Canada. Through national projects, recipient organizations deliver eligible activities to individuals in various regions.
