Regular wages must be paid to you on the regular payday established by your employer. Other wages or amounts to which you are entitled, as described under the Canada Labour Code, must be paid to you within 30 days from when you earned them.
Any vacation pay owed to you by your employer must be paid at the time you take your vacation. If your employment ceases and you are owed vacation pay, your employer must pay it to you immediately.
