Please be advised that the work of the Commission is now completed.
The final report, Fairness at Work: Federal Labour Standards for the 21st century, was released in October 2006. The report identifies various independent research studies in addition to the organizations and individuals who presented briefs and made submissions. You may access an executive summary and full text of each of the independent research studies. You may also view the various briefs and submissions. Those who would like to familiarize themselves with the earlier stages of the report may access both the original consultation paper of February 2005 and the interim report from the Commissioner which was released in October 2005.
