List includes all organizations that have signed a Certificate of Commitment indicating their willingness to implement employment equity according to the FCP Requirements.

Note that the current list on contractors is restricted to the "Certified Employers".

Certified Employers include:

  1. organizations which have recently signed the Certificate of Commitment; and
  2. organizations for which the certificate of commitment, although signed many years ago, still remains in effect.

All these employers have a valid and current Certificate of Commitment number that was assigned to them by headquarters administration of the Federal Contractors Program.
