The Racism-Free Workplace Strategy reflects the Government of Canada's leadership role in the fight against racism. We invite you to explore this site and learn about Workplace related Racism-free initiatives in Canada and see where our future is directed. The Labour Program will contribute in the removal of barriers to employment and upward mobility in the workplace with a view to reduce the level of racism and discrimination by facilitating the integration of skilled individuals in Canadian society. Check back frequently for more research papers, statistical data and additional subject items related to the Strategy.
