Work for All: Stop Racism in the Workplace

Work for All is a collaborative initiative between the Labour Program and the National Film Board of Canada. As a result of this initiative six compelling films were created that shed light on how direct and systemic racism adversely affect individuals, organizations, communities and Canadian society.

A facilitation guide was developed to accompany the films. This guide will help you educate your employees, foster dialogue and exchange ideas in order to motivate positive social change. To arrange for a screening and/or to order a copy of these products, please contact your local Racism Prevention Officer.
