Workshops on Aboriginal Inclusion
The Labour Program's Racism-Free Workplace Strategy (RFWS) is pleased to partner with the Aboriginal Human Resource Council (AHRC) in offering a specialized one-day, free of charge workshop for Legislated Employment Equity Program (LEEP) and Federal Contractors Program (FCP) employers. The RFWS specialized workshop, entitled Mastering Aboriginal Inclusion (MAI), provides a collection of best practices, tools and methods in Aboriginal human resource management to help employers advance Aboriginal inclusion in their organizations.
We invite you to participate in a workshop and commit to this national leadership initiative. Space is limited, so please contact your local Racism Prevention Officer or visit the AHRC website to sign up for a RFWS MAI workshop in your region.
