Welcome to the Strategy for a Racism-free Workplace Web site.
The Strategy reflects the Government of Canada's leadership role in the fight against racism. We invite you to explore this site and learn about Workplace related Racism-free initiatives in Canada and see where our future is directed. Labour/HRSDC will contribute in the removal of barriers to employment and upward mobility in the workplace with a view to reduce the level of racism and discrimination by facilitating the integration of skilled individuals in Canadian society. This web site is under development, therefore more research papers, statistical data and many more subject items related to the Strategy will appear soon.
