Live-in Caregivers
The following application forms, contracts and other documents must be completed, signed and submitted to Human Resources and Skills Development Canada/Service Canada in order to obtain a Labour Marker Opinion.

- Sample employment contract that you and the worker must sign. It must be submitted along with the work permit application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
Form to submit only if you are designating a third-party representative to act on your behalf.
A positive opinion from HRSDC/Service Canada supports the work permit application that the worker must submit to CIC. The worker will be able to come to work in Canada only if CIC issues a work permit to him or her.

Skilled workers for permanent positions (Arranged Employment)
The following application form must be completed, signed and submitted to Human Resources and Skills Development Canada/Service Canada when you wish to offer a permanent position to a foreign worker and support his or her application for permanent residence. He or she will not be able to work in Canada before obtaining permanent residence.
