In order for a Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) officer to assess a job offer, the employer must provide details of the duties and requirements of the position, and wages and benefits offered. The job offer must result in an employer-employee relationship for a defined period of time, and generally be for full-time work. (See section 12 for working conditions and part-time work.)
TFWP officers may contact employers (or if applicable, third-party representatives) for clarification or if further information is required.
