Purpose
Directives were developed for Temporary Foreign Worker Program officers at Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)/Service Canada who assess applications for labour market opinions received from employers who want to hire foreign workers.
When assessing labour market opinion applications, TFWP officers may also consult other directives that were developed for specific components of the TFWP such as live-in caregivers.
